We were really looking forward to our romantic stay at the Castle Hotel & Spa, but unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The room was beautiful, but the service didn't meet expectations, especially given the price point. While the spa experience was nice, several issues during our stay, including problems with room service and maintenance, left us feeling underwhelmed. We enjoyed some moments, but overall, the lack of follow-up from management really impacted our experience.
